Lea Michele is taking a little break from Hollywood's awards season in the paradise-like settings of Maui, Hawaii.

The 30-year-old looked amazing as she chilled out on the shores of the stunning city with friends on Monday, after glamming it up just a night earlier in Los Angeles at the 2017 Hollywood Beauty Awards.

The Scream Queens actress on Monday remained a vision of beauty, trading her gown for a sexy one-piece black bathing suit she wore as she walked on the beach, sipping on a Mojito and chatting with her pals in the as the waves arrived to shore in the backdrop.

The 5ft3in brunette beauty, known as one of the top fashionistas in Tinseltown, wore a resplendent sheer wrap with various blue patterns adorning it.

The star, whose full name is Lea Michele Sarfati, had her long locks pulled back and braided, with her brown tresses cascading down her back.

Even at that impressive length, her hair was actually shortened a few weeks back, as the singer-actress had six inches removed prior to attending one of the season's most ballyhooed gatherings, the Grammys.

Her stylist, John D., told Self magazine that in coming up with the updated 'do, he and Michele 'wanted to keep the look feeling fresh and forward,' doing so by going heavy with the shears.

'We actually went for it,' he said, 'and chopped about six inches from the ends.'

While she looked happy and healthy enjoying a day off in the islands, Lea's heart never strays too far from that of her late boyfriend Cory Monteith.

The star - who's gotten at least three tattoos of her lost love since his July 13, 2013 death at 31 following a drug overdose - shared a Polaroid of the duo in a post on Instagram last month.
