Delicious, unique and healthy balls recipe for navratri fast

This Navratri try this delicious, healthy and new recipe for fast. These balls are not ordinary potato balls, its very different and more yummy. you can eat them in any fast or evening snacks. Recipe is very simple any easy. Try this new recipe you will love its taste.

Ingredients-
For cottage cheese balls-
- Potato- 4
- Cottage cheese (Paneer)- 100 gram
- Green chili- 6
- Oil- 1 tbsp
- Peanut powder- 3 tbsp
- Sabudana powder- 3 tbsp
- Salt- 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves
For sweet chutney-
- Tamarind- 50 gram
- Sugar/jaggery- 50 gram
- Salt- 1 pinch
- Water- 1.5 glass (1+1/2)
For green chutney-
- Coriander leaves
- Green chili
- Salt
- Curd
- Mint leaves

Recipe-
For cottage cheese balls-
- Boil potato and peel them.
- Cut the boiled potato into small pieces.
- Cut cottage cheese into small cube.
- Add potato, cottage cheese, chopped green chili, chopped coriander leaves, peanut powder, sabudana powder and salt.
- Mix them well by mashing the mixture.
- Make a smooth dough.
- Make small balls from dough.
- You can deep fry them or shallow fry in appam maker. Or you can shallow fry in a pan by making tikki not balls.
- Thus tasty and healthy Potato-Cottage cheese balls are ready.
For sweet chutney-
- Soak tamarind in half glass water for one hour.
- After one hour add one glass water.
- Mash the tamarind as much as possible and filter it.
- Heat pan and pour tamarind pulp and sugar/jaggery.
- Mix well and cook till it becomes thick.
- Stir at regular interval.
- Sweet chutney is ready.
For green chutney-
- Add all ingredients in mixer jar and grind them to make fine paste.
- Add 2 tbsp water if needed.
Note-
- For peanut powder grind row peanut in mixer.
- For sabudana powder grind raw sabudana in mixer and make fine powder.
- If you don't want to make chutney then add curd/lemon juice to make it more tasty, so you can eat it without chutney.
- If you facing difficulty to make dough then you can add sabudana powder or cottage cheese.
