She made her debut in Pollywood in 2013 with multi-starrer film Saadi Love Story opposite Diljit Dosanjh and produced by Jimmy Shergill productions.
Her career kicked off after she was paired up again opposite Diljit Dosanjh in the film Jatt & Juliet 2 which broke the opening day collection records for Punjabi cinema and since then there is no looking back for her.
Bajwa also debuted as a director in 2017 with Punjabi film Sargi that featured her sister Rubina Bajwa opposite Jassi Gill. Currently, she owns a production house named Neeru Bajwa Entertainment.
Earlier Neeru had admitted to being a high school dropout because she had little interest in studies. She had said that she was always inspired by the glamour of Bollywood and moved to Mumbai to fulfil her dreams.
