This quaint homestay-cum-villa in Kashid is parked on a hill with a gorgeous background of blue skies and waters encapsulating the sand. The house borders with the Phansad Sanctuary and it’s just a 10 min walk to the beach (five if you sprint) the place is perfect for a getaway with your family or friends. The sea-facing house comes with a lush green lawn and a patio to chill on. The bungalow is equipped to squeeze in eight people in four bedrooms comfortably.

The house is fully functional with Wi-Fi, basic essentials and air conditioning. The interiors of the house are simply decorated with a charming Mediterranean feel with little pops of colour. What is meant to be a quiet getaway, the house rules do not allow you to smoke indoors, party or carry your pooches along. While the house isn’t equipped with a kitchen, however, there is an induction cooktop and microwave to help heat up your food. This nudges you to go out and try out local restaurants and the local food they have to offer.
