Head To This Bistro In Viman Nagar For Some Delicious Vegan Fare

To the point:GeoBistro in Viman Nagar is just over a month old and has some delicious world cuisine on offer. But what caught our eye here is their fantastic vegan offerings.

Yellow lights, contemporary glass lamps and wooden furnishings – all give the place a cosy feel. The service, too, is quick. Do try the Vegetable Lasagna here. Made with a cashew and almond milk sauce that tastes a lot like béchamel is slathered generously on each pasta sheet! The pasta is made fresh in-house with vegan ingredients. Their vegan beverages are great too, including the Fig and Banana Milkshake and chocolate-based drinks.

If you’re not a vegan, fret not because the place also serves regular vegetarian and non-vegetarian fare. The list includes sandwiches, nachos, fries and other finger foods and the mains.
